Hiking in Makarska and the Biokovo mountains offers breathtaking trails that rise from the turquoise Adriatic all the way to panoramic viewpoints high above the coast. Whether you’re a casual walker or an experienced hiker. Feel free to ask us to take you to Biokovo Skywalk.
Island Hopping
You can reach Brač from Makarska by taking the regular car (or using our services) and passenger ferry to Sumartin, which runs several times a day. For other islands like
Hvar and Korčula , you can join organized boat excursions or fast-boat tours that depart daily from Makarska’s harbor during the season.
Nearby Beaches
Krvavica offers a peaceful escape with crystal-clear water, natural shade from pine trees and a great walking path to Makarska and its beaches. Bratuš is a charming, quiet beach with clear water and a cozy village atmosphere. Both are perfect for a relaxed day beach and the perfect spot for swimming.

We have had a lovely stay at Branka’s apartment. The flat is very spacious with a lovely sea view, and it is only 3 minute walk from the beach. The flat is very clean with everything you need in it for a pleasan stay. It also has a lovely artistic touch of Branka’s creations. She was so kind to give one of her handmade vases to my daughter. We have had a pleasant stay, and would definitely come back in the future.

Branka’s place is a lovingly decorated, perfectly located and super equipped apartment in a small village near Makarska. Within walking distance, many small bays can be reached, located on natural trails. Also good access to buses if you arrive without your own car. Branka is an incredibly hospitable person and always had little surprises ready for us and was always very helpful to us. Thank you for this wonderful holiday!
